Corn rice and certain types of oats do not contain gluten and do not typically provoke a response from anyone sensitive to gluten.
Gluten aggravates celiac disease
Doing much more than causing bloating, diarrhoea and other intestinal symptoms, gluten is a real no-no for those with celiac disease. Inhibiting nutrient absorption gluten can also get into the blood stream and create serious problems around bone mineral density, impaired hearing, serious skin rashes and more.
